The complex offers a variety of comfortable studios, one and two bedroom apartments, and penthouse units. The monthly fee includes two meals a day served in the elegant dining room with a continental breakfast every morning in the library. The evening meal is lighter fare with homemade dessert.

   Each apartment is furnished with carpet, drapes, a kitchenette, emergency call system, satellite T.V. access, and individual control of heating and air conditioning. Other amenities the Inn provides are 24 hour security, weekly housekeeping, grocery shopping, and organized activities such as Friday "Nip & Nibble" with live entertainment.
